JetCrew Registry is a private network of contract jet pilots available for domestic and international flight assignments. During the initial launch, registration is limited to pilots who hold an FAA CE-500 type rating. Additional aircraft types will be added as the registry expands.
Who Should Register
- Contract pilots who hold an FAA CE-500 type rating
- CE-500 PICs and SICs, including single-pilot qualified pilots
- Part 91 and Part 135 Citation pilots
- CE-500 ferry and international operations pilots
- CE-500 pilots available for temporary, rotational, or contract assignments
Privacy and Security
Submitted information is private, protected, and reviewed only by authorized JetCrew Registry administrators. Documents are held in encrypted private storage and are never publicly accessible or indexed by search engines.
Submitting a profile does not guarantee employment, an interview, or a flight assignment.

Upload your certificate
Provide your FAA pilot certificate and supporting documents through an encrypted upload channel.

CE-500 verification
An administrator reviews your certificate and confirms your CE-500 rating before your profile is indexed.
Step 4
Be contacted for missions
We reach out when a matching contract assignment becomes available.
